  1. Ezekiel 1v7Last night I started reading Ezekiel ... Talk about brain bending before bed! It took a lot to keep up with all the heads and wings and everything, to be honest I'm not sure I did keep up! However I was really struck by Ezekiel 1v7 (ESV) "Wherever the Spirit would go, they went, without turning as they went." - I saw it as a bit of a challenge, am I willing to go wherever the Spirt leads, without turning either to look around or change my course? I would love to say yes, but I do not think that would be a totally honest answer! But that's my new aim - to go where the Spirit leads, in a straight line of following without turning to my own will!

  2. Boxed upWe are in! Have no idea where most things are but I know where all the Grace & Salt Ink stock is as I told gem to label it "salt" and find it first!! Lol! Very exciting things afoot over emails the last few days. More info once I'm unpacked and settled. Hopefully the shop will be up and running before too long. In my head the priority is to go and buy a new desk... But in reality I better try and find the toaster!

  3. Psalm 34 v 4These last few weeks I have really missed having time with my journaling Bible these as I've run around getting things ready for the move. I have still been reading, but not had any time to create. Thankful for a bit of time now to read in the car as eBear sleeps in the back (her cot is now dismantled and in the back of a removal van!) opened up at random and landed at Psalm34v4 [ESV] "I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears." So appropriate! This move is the result of many prayers answered. A new job, a new home, a fresh start. And I am free from all fear in it. Moving to a completely new place where we don't know people (a number of friends close by but no one where we are living) most people probably would feel anxious, but I only know the joy of answered prayer and excitement in the anticipation of new fresh beginnings. The Lord has said so many positive things about this move - I just cannot wait to start this new adventure with Him and my family!
