Through adult life I have struggled with self doubt, anxiety and fear of the future. These things didn’t really bother me as a child - but something happened later on that made me not so sure of myself, not so dauntless in my adult years. The more people I connect with, the more I realise I am not alone in this. The biggest help I have found in combating these things, for me certainly, has been scripture. Knowing scripture and having it deeply rooted in my heart. To be able to quote it to myself as a calming reassurance, or to fire it at the enemy like a cannon, to shatter and dissolve the grip of fear.

From my experiences I have written “Fearless Laughter”, which includes an introduction to explain how to use the journal workbook, followed by a list of nearly forty common fears and anxieties, and the scripture I like to use to help destroy their hold in my life. Because I believe, if you can commit them to memory and exchange the lies for God’s truth then I believe you will start to feel stronger in your daily walk. There is then workbook space to start working through and conquering your fears and anxieties.
