I established Grace & Salt Ink in 2015. The very first order was a commission for some modern calligraphy - over instagram, which was the confidence boost I needed to open a small Etsy shop selling personalised journals. Things grew and expanded from there, in ways I never saw coming from the humble beginnings of my kitchen table. My own full website launched in less than a year, with products shipping all around the world. Things have moved on and evolved again since then, relocating to Northumberland and expanding our family. In 2024 - nearly ten years after starting Grace & Salt Ink, I am refocusing the vision. Modern calligraphy is where Grace & Salt Ink started and I have returned Grace & Salt Ink to its roots!

Now fully focused on modern calligraphy once more, Grace & Salt Ink offers a range of personalised products and gifts - from beautiful handwritten calligraphy envelopes, beautiful bespoke wedding and events stationery, Calligraphy hot foiling to add a very personal touch to a special gift, to unique place name cards to add a touch of class to any event or party, an intimate family Christmas dinner to huge corporate events. I am also available as a professional modern calligrapher for live-events and brand-activations, as well as being open to other calligraphy commissions all year round.
